1) Who is eligible for weight loss medication?Initiation of weight loss medications are available if you have a BMI of 30 or higher, or if your BMI is 27 or greater and you have a weight-related medical condition. Our provider also prescribes for those in maintenance who may not meet the requirements for initiation of treatment. You will receive a health evaluation by a board-certified provider, which may include comprehensive lab work. Your provider will then create a custom care plan tailored to your specific concerns, biology, and overall health goals. Reset Wellness providers follow protocols based on the latest science and current clinical standards of care. Medication is only prescribed to those who medically qualify.

2) How do I meet with my provider?All appointments are virtual! The online process is straightforward and seamless. On the day of your appointment, after you have filled out your electronic intake forms, you will receive a text message with a link to your video visit. All appointments are conducted via video, and there's no need to download anything. We are located at 1715 N Weber St, Suite 360, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. Your practitioner, Amy Miller, AGNP=BC will be happy to serve you virtually!

3) Who is eligible for Men's Health medications?Despite its name, anyone can use this platform, including people who identify as transgender and non-binary. Reset Wellness is welcoming and accepting of all!

4) How much do the medicines cost? Do you use insurance?Pricing is dependent on service. Please see appointment booking pages for all prices. We don’t believe in over-charging and truly want everyone to have access to these groundbreaking medicines. With that said, our costs are significantly less than in-person treatment and many other online platforms. Reset Wellness is cash only and does not work with your insurance. We are happy, however, to provide you with a detailed receipt if you wish to file for insurance reimbursement. We are here to make this easy on you!

5) What forms of payment do you accept?Care Credit, Health Spending Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Affirm, Pay Pal Later, Sezzle, PayPal Later, and all major cards! We also accept Gift Cards which are purchased here on the website.

6) What medications are available?Here is the corrected text: Some of the medicines we currently prescribe for weight loss are compounded: Saxenda, semaglutide, tirzepatide, Contrave, Metformin, Bupropion/Naltrexone, and Topiramate. Some of the medicines we currently prescribe for men’s health and others are: Tadalafil, Sildenafil, Testosterone, and many antidepressants. While this list is not exhaustive, we continue to expand to best serve our customers.

7) Do you provide discounts?Yes, we offer discounts for referrals, as well as discounts for veterans and medical health professionals. Please inquire with your provider during your visit!

8) I've heard that overnight shipping can cost more than $50 with most other programs. What should I expect to pay with Reset Wellness?ZERO! We always provide free overnight shipping to make our costs affordable to our customers.

9) How long does shipping take?The typical turnaround time for shipping is one week. Pharmacies do not ship cold items on Friday, but they often assign tracking numbers so they can send them bright and early on Monday. Rest assured, our team works diligently to get your tracking number to you as soon as they are available. In fact, we usually do this within minutes of the pharmacy website loading them!
