Reset Wellness nurse practitioner

Our Story

Reset Wellness was started by a Nurse Practitioner who doesn't take no for an answer. She wanted to provide impeccable service to her customers without judgment but didn't find this in other platforms. Instead, she decided to start her own business with this in mind. What we do differently is make decisions together about your care — understanding that only you know your body best. Reset Wellness providers are board-certified, highly vetted and follow this same basic guideline. Let us help you feel your best!

Our Vision

Our Vision is to access as many people as possible interested in feeling their best. We follow guidelines and are constantly updating our formulary with the newest and best medications that work for you. We plan on growing our practice to include psychological care and hormone replacement therapy.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to provide impeccable care to those interested in weight loss and sexual health. Our providers do this via telehealth which allows more people than ever to access these life changing medicines.

Testimonials

What patients say.

"I have tried every single diet known to man and could never keep the weight off. I just had a baby 9 months ago and wanted to make sure I am healthy for her. My doctor sent me Ozempic and I am already feeling like myself again! The free shipping was a nice addition too!"

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Am I guaranteed a prescription if I book a visit?

+

No. Booking a visit is not a guarantee of a prescription. All prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of a board-certified, state-licensed medical provider following a medical consultation, review of your health history, and — when clinically indicated — lab work. Medication is dispensed only when it is medically appropriate and safe for you. If a prescription is not issued after your initial visit, the $50 initial visit fee is waived.

Who is eligible for weight loss medication?

+

Eligibility criteria apply. Initiation of weight loss medication is generally available to adults (18+) with a BMI of 30 or higher, or a BMI of 27 or higher with a weight-related medical condition (such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, or dyslipidemia). Maintenance patients who no longer meet initiation criteria may still qualify at the provider's discretion. Final eligibility is determined by your provider after a full medical evaluation. Patients with certain medical conditions, contraindications, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding may not qualify.

What happens during the medical consultation?

+

You'll complete an intake covering your medical history, current medications, allergies, and weight history. A board-certified provider reviews this information during a live video visit, may order lab work, and discusses risks, benefits, and alternatives. The provider then determines — at their clinical discretion — whether a prescription is appropriate, and if so, which medication, dose, and titration plan fits your biology and goals.

How do I meet with my provider?

+

All appointments are virtual. After completing your intake forms, you'll receive a text with a link to your video visit — no app downloads required. Your provider is Amy Miller, AGNP-BC, based in Colorado Springs, CO, serving patients virtually.

How much do the medicines cost? Do you take insurance?

+

Pricing is dependent on service — see appointment booking pages for prices. Reset Wellness is cash-pay only and does not bill insurance, but we're happy to provide a detailed receipt for reimbursement. Our prices are significantly lower than in-person clinics and most other telehealth platforms.

What forms of payment do you accept?

+

Care Credit, HSA, FSA, Affirm, Sezzle, PayPal Later, and all major cards. Gift cards are also available.

What medications are available?

+

Weight loss: Saxenda, semaglutide, tirzepatide, Contrave, Metformin, Bupropion/Naltrexone, Topiramate. This list is not exhaustive and continues to expand. Specific medication selection is at the provider's discretion based on your clinical evaluation.

Are follow-up visits required?

+

Yes. Ongoing prescriptions require regularly scheduled follow-up visits so your provider can monitor your response, side effects, and labs. Failure to maintain follow-ups may result in treatment being paused or discontinued at the provider's discretion.

Is overnight shipping really free?

+

Yes — always. We never charge for overnight shipping.

How long does shipping take?

+

Typical turnaround is about one week. Pharmacies don't ship cold items on Friday, but tracking numbers are usually assigned promptly so packages go out Monday morning. We pass tracking info to you within minutes of receiving it.

Disclaimer: Reset Wellness Clinic offers compounded prescription medications through board-certified, state-licensed medical providers via telehealth. All treatments require a medical consultation and are prescribed solely at the discretion of the medical provider, only when clinically appropriate and safe based on your individual medical history, evaluation, and — when indicated — lab work. Booking an appointment does not guarantee a prescription. Eligibility criteria apply and include, but are not limited to, BMI thresholds (generally 30+, or 27+ with a weight-related condition), age (18+), absence of contraindications, and clinical judgment of the provider. We use compounded formulations prepared by certified U.S. compounding pharmacies that meet 503A (patient-specific) and 503B (outsourcing facility) standards, in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Ongoing treatment requires scheduled follow-up visits. This site is intended for U.S. residents aged 18 and older. Prescription required. Reset Wellness complies with applicable advertising and telehealth regulations.
